Magix Sony Vegas worst customer service ever

I have been using Sony Vegas or years with excellent customer support. I bought Sony Vegas 14 from Magix and it came with no serial number or activation code. I have called customer support for months only to have the line busy or just go dead. They take you money but you cannot use the product. I have learned to like Sony Vegas as my primary editing platform I would hate to have to switch to Premier Pro because of Magix shoddy business practices. They also do not have an email contact that I can find. The disk I bought came from Germany and I have torn the packaging apart looking for a serial or activation code.
