WHAT an experience with the HomeAdivisor after sent out an unqualified contractor on the May 23rd. On the May 27th after 4 days of pool cleaning service, this so-call the "professional" by the HomeAdvisor had turned my pool into a pound (from blue to green). I have STATED on my first call that the service will be "ONE-TIME" service, and HomeAdvisor turned my credit card into an ATM machine without my consent/authorization. BETTER yet, HomeAdvisor attempted to send another person to clean the pool on the Jun 20th. This "professional" drove a sedan without any related equipment. Just to show up and expected to get paid. User's recommendation: AVOID at any cost, there are law suits going on against them.
