Made me pay for titles they lost

They were supposed to send me my title after I paid off my account and sold my sea doo. I thought they were gonna send it certified mail since it’s an important document. They sent it via regular mail and it got lost. When I called about it they said I will have to pay to get a new title from the dmv but they would send me a lien certificate. When I asked them about it they pretty much made it seem like I was my fault that I didn’t get the document and said I should have paid them for overnight express mailing. If I knew the other option was regular mail I would have. Finally I find out that they released my account to th guy who bought my sea doo. My personal account with my information without my consent. When I called to ask about theryou things they blamed me and cried how if they sent stuff certified mail they would go bankrupt. I will never use these guys again and don’t recommend them to anyone. They are rude, condescending, and crooks.
