Made me pay for their mistake

This company is very disreputable! I tried to place an order over the phone and was cutoff before the transaction was complete. I called back and was told I had to start all over again which I reluctantly did. Then 2 weeks later I received 2 packages in the mail instead of the one order that I wanted and, you guessed it, I was billed for two separate orders including 2 separate "handling" charges! When I called, the rep was extremely rude and said I had called twice and placed 2 separate orders. He went on to say I could return the 2nd order at my cost and the handling cost would not be refunded. When I expressed concern over having to pay shipping costs he curtly replied "We do not pay shipping". I said "Well maybe I will return them both and then you will have lost both the order and a customer." And he replied "Maybe you should do that". I then asked to speak to a supervisor and I was told someone would call me back. It has been over 24 hours and no one has called me back. Surprise. It is apparent that they have no concept of good customer service and do not care if they get any repeat business. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
