Update by user Sep 12, 2019 No nothing has happened Original review posted by user Sep 10, 2019 I had a woman from your company a few weeks ago that was hired by Liberty Mutual to find the leak in my bathtub. In her course of trying to find the leak in my bathtub (it is ABS plastic) she made the leak bigger. So now the insurance is only going to pay for a new tub in the amount of $448.00 but because it falls within my $1000 deductible they will not pay the extra to replace it. Well I got an estimate to replace the tub and it is $3450 so now I'm screwed. The insurance will not pay the extra. They won't pay for anything. Now I have a tub I won't be able to use. Being on a fixed income I don't have the extra money to get a new tub. I would like to warn people beware of people who come to your home and make matters worse, and then your left with the damage!
