made an order and received someone else’s. never got a reply it help in anyway

I ordered two shirts from this company. I received one shirt and in another shipment I received the complete wrong order! It has someone else's name and address inside. I emailed 3 times now to get help in getting what I actually paid for. I haven't received even an acknowledgement of the emails. Worst customer service due to it being non existent!
