Made an appt. wasn’t in comp
Went to school on a Friday, it was busy so we (daughter and I ) made appointments for the following Tuesday at 10. When we got there on Tuesday, we were early they did not have our appointment in the computer, we waited and waited, the line kept growing. Finally they found mine but it was put in for the following Tuesday which I would have done I am going for surgery that Tuesday. They could not find my daughter at all in the system and she has been going there since it was in Pottsville. Finally they found her, her name was misspelled even though she almost always come with me and we have the same last name. It was 10 after until we were seated. My hairstylist was very nice she told me how great of a condition my hair was and then proceeded to tell me how bad box color is for your hair, which I know they are supposed to say but kind of a contradiction don't you think? The staff knew of this scheduling mistake, it took close to a half hour to fix, was embarrassing and we got no apologies or compensation. 10% off my next service or sincere apology from management would have stopped this complaint. Many different people came to front desk so a lot of people knew about it. Including someone who worked in an office close to desk.
