They have been friendly on the phone, and my orders have arrived in a reasonable time frame. They have the best quality flowers from fingertips I have found anywhere. After seeing me at a festival show a top regional magician once expressed surprise at how the flowers I produced "looked like flowers!" Paper spring flowers are colorful and surprising, but no one ever thinks they are real. I once ordered a product from the site that I felt was defective.
