Mad Hatter Magic Shop–Defective Products, Poor Customer Service
I bought a Halloween mask (Jason type) from Mad Hatter Magic Shop. It showed up missing a screen on one eye (to darken the eyes). No big deal. I email them to get an exchange, and don't hear back for a week. When I email again, they say "They all show up like that, we never said there was a screen on both eyes. Read our return policy." Well, their return policy is, no returns. They justify it by saying you can't return magic secrets, but we're talking about a costume here. There's no reasoning with these people. They ship defective products, they don't accept returns, they don't reply to emails, and when they finally do, they're snide and patronizing. I couldn't be less happy with my experience and strongly recommend against shopping there.
