Mad and your angry and pissed

I don't understand I have Quarter Two outfits I didn't get but one and I don't understand how did I pay extra $10 for express shipping I did not is not express shipment I got one outfit nothing else and I'll just don't understand and then I've been emailing you all and did not get no email back I'm not getting a response back so I really feel that y'all was very unprofessional and I think y'all not business-like I'd I get my other shipment I will not order anything else from y'all because y'all is not a good place to order because you can't even contact y'all can't even email nobody back and I feel that I should get half of my money back because I still have not got none of my order but what order and it took me 3 or 4 days let me a month-and-a-half to get that and still have not received the other one
