I am trying to receive help I purchased a transmission rebuilt from mack and the transmission is having problems now when taken to the shop they said they called mack and mack said it was 2 weeks past the 2 year warranty and they would not be able to warranty anything. I could not believe that as I got to the shop as soon as I could so im writing to ask if there is a department head or anyone that might be able to help the transmission has a stamp plate on it that reads 11kb 105yx s/n 9517**** T310 date 7-13-17 I purchased 9/2017 from gulf coast fleet maintenance in Pensacola and that's where the truck is now and has been if info is needed the shop supervisor there can assist 850 433 **** Charlie thanks in advance
