Machine will not work at all. It was purchased 5/12/2018. How do I obtain warranty replacement/repair when the company will not provide an avenue to contact them? I have attempted to call several times however the FoodSaver phone system keeps me on hold for over 45 minutes every time I call. User's recommendation: Find another brand vacuum sealer as FoodSaver.
