*** one perfect word to describe without cursing while describing this cross country aka sears home warrenty after 3 years of paying 74.59 per month and a 100.00 copay i was okay paying a little high but we filed our very first claim in December on the 6th, someone by the name Daniel F. Age 27 told us what he felt problem was and ordered all the parts he said we needed, first available appt to install and fix dishwasher was December 29th and on that date a very nice man by the name of James showed up and the parts were already here as we were advised they would dhow up here. James said that he could not finish the job becuz Daniel forgot to order the most important part so he ordered it and the earliest they could come out would be on January 11th so we were very upset but ok..i took off from work and noone ever showed up or called so after 4 phone calls i found out that noone was going to show up due to no techniciand were in the area, do again wevwere rescheduled for yesterday the 15th of January and of course we get the original guy who made all the mistakes Daniel F. and he cane and stood around on his phone then puts the parts in and left he did no check to see if it worked he just LEFT!!!so we tried using the dishwasher and the water still would not drain which was the problem in the first place, so i called him on his phone and left very nice messages to plz come back and finish the job by the tine 7 hrs passed by i left a very strong message to return my call or i would make it my lifes plan to get my revenge (didnt thresten but did promise that i would be actively focusing on letting the ceo know what kind if pathetic techs they have, the csr were no better they just said i could not speak to their supervisor and to just call back the next day and according to the contract they are to either fix it or replace neither of thede things happen, i am still waiting for my promised return phone call last night that was gonna be in 2 minutes well its been one long 2 minutes its now been 26 hours. So i found a great company to take over and i have awesome coverage way more than this Sears or cross country company and i checked out this new company and omg what a mistake i made when i did not ck out this sears aka cross country whole home warrenty ,thete are so many bad reviews it sickens me that i did not ck them out, so i did ck out this new company and its 200 follars kess a year and now not only is my entire house coveted but i added my well water and roof snd i am still oaying leds do everyone definitely dont make the mistakes i did and not ck Sears or cross country out bevuz i wish someone would have advised this gullible idiot i can be but no more...and i will get to someone eventually and this little boy Daniel will rue the day the hammer comes down, i will not rest until I have accomplished this promise i made to myself snd hopefully stop them from scamming any others, they have violated a contract so i will file a complaint with whomever will listen regarding this breach of contract...
