Lying and wont refund me my money

I contacted chumba about them refunding my money back and I filed BBB complaint well they refuse to refund me all my money back and they closed my account they won't respond to my messages they lied about that you can't make purchases or cash out on their website but that's a lie because I got email stayed how much I purchased. Give me my money back I won't stop
