Lux/Fagor Pressure Cooker Replacement Parts

Update by user Oct 15, 2019 I tried calling customer service for 3 days. The phone number on the website for customer service and two office numbers were busy day and night. Original review posted by user Oct 15, 2019 Customer Service, I'm not a Pissed Consumer. So far you have treated me well. And I trust you will continue to do so. I need replacement parts for my Lux Multi-Cooker/Fagor.Item #: 93501****White Label:16300****Intertek #:304**** I purchased a pressure cooker about a year ago. The pressure cooker is the best way to break down the lectins in the skin and seeds of many food items. Your appliance makes them more healthy for consumer consumption. But the specific pressure cooker I purchased, has had problems. 1st, the silicone washer inside the lid was not working, and you promptly replaced it; 2nd, recently the control panel with the temperature and timing information is not working and 3rd, the electric cord gets very hot, when the pressure cooker is operating. I would like to continue using your multi-cooker, so please send the replacement parts. My daughter convinced us to purchase one because she’s had hers for over 2 years without a problem.
