Today we went to the Buca Di Beppo on Fort Union Blv In Midvale Utah. it was at 12 noon. I ordered the Lasagna and for desert I ordered the Raspberry Gelato. Now opening at 11 and we ordered at 12 the server informed me that the Lasagna would not be ready till1 which I found ridicules. right then we should have left but we stayed and ordered something else which was OK but I had wanted the Lasagna. then I ordered The Raspberry Gelato and was informed that they were out of that. I always go to Buca to eat but I found this time very Disappointing. you could greatly improve lunch time. if it is on the menu then it should be available to order. yours Brad
