When I did get a call back, it was from CA not MN their headquarters, so I almost did not answer. When I contacted the number LAURA in CA was wonderful and I hope to get a replacement remote for my taper candles soon. Since this comment, I did receive a working remoter thanks to Laura P. User's recommendation: Keep calling if you don't get an answer in 2 days.
