luis, front end manager

1

Luis, is an older heavy bald gentleman whom which I asked for help in the self checkout He seemed annoyed that I asked for his help the first time and had to call him back because he walked away the second time I guess you can't ask someone to do do their job without getting an attitude or in this case threatend and talked to all slow and down to pointing at the pin pad telling me how to push buttons, how and where to insert my card and where to expect the receipt to come out of and sarcastically asking if I needed any more help once he walked away. I finished my transaction and told him he shouldnt get upset or annoyed when someone is asking for help and that I didn't deserves his attitude. He goes on to tell me "he can't wait to retire and catch me on the street to see if I'd talk to him again like that" wow!! He didn't even seem phased that I asked to talk to a manager either. I'm going take this as high as I can. I've never been so thrown back. Especially him being old enough to be my dad I'm sure getting in my face like that was just unacceptable. I've been shopping at this Ralph's since 2007, I won't anymore.
