Luggage transfer

Due to flight delay and staff at Dehli Airport by the name of Mohik, denied my wife her connecting flight to Dubai. She is now stuck in Dehli and we are still trying to figure a way to allow her to travel. Very dissapointing. Please assist. User's recommendation: This feels like a scam.
