I spoke to an employee (Luc)on the phone about invitations. I could not believe how he spoke to me. When I called his manager and spoke to her for a lengthy time I thought things would be different. It got worse. It was if there was a disconnect between the manager and her employee. I did not expect that I would have to deal with him ever again. I cannot go into everything That he said that was rude. It would be too lengthy. Needless to say I had to deal with him again. Because there was two people on the cash register and him. I am 43 years old and I have never called a corporate office on anyone before in my life. I will be doing it this time. Luckily I typed up everything that happened before and I just need to add this second experience to my letter.
