Loyal customer for 37 years told to wait for PREPAID SERVICE 8 months!
Every single time I call for service on my system, I have to wait at least half the day for a tech to come. The techs are super nice, but I get the feeling as someone else posted, that they are extremely short staffed. I have repeatedly called for the clean out service and each time, after being put on hold for over 15 minutes, I am told that the next appt is 6 months out. Who can accurately plan for a date 6 months out and how fair is that to a paying customer- I have with with them since 1982! But I am shopping around now; enough is enough. I have been the most loyal customer and for that, I am told to wait over 8 months for an appointment when I have been paying them for a service contract to do this service for 37 YEARS? Thirty seven years of loyalty from me and I have to wait 8 (EIGHT) MONTHS to get a PREPAID service? umm, no, I don't think so.
