Bought an item a week ago.. Decided to try the VIP Membership , it was stated that I had a 30day complimentary review of the service, and if I did nothing , a charge of 14.99/mo would be charged to my card on file. Today my card was charged $14.99 membership fee. I called customer service, she told me it was a 7 day trial. I told her I was looking at the website now and looking right at the 30 day offer. She said she was canceling my membership and refunding the money. Deceptive.
