Low quality patches and long wait time

I ordered some velcro embroidered patches from TheStudio. I had a pre-prepared design, all they had to do was create the patch. They took much longer than I was told, I was never given shipping updates and had to nag for them. Then the quality is awful! The stitching is a total disaster and the velcro is very soft, poor quality. I had asked for a border - they drew a border on with a darker thread to make it look like a merrowed edge but they are hot cut and fall apart if they get wet. Patches get wet! It's ridiculous. They looked ok for a couple weeks and started to come apart. They look terrible now. What a waste of money. We are all very disappointed with them.
