I know this is a terrible thing that it was not covered I just read this right now. I myself had a warranty claim in to the company, they came and inspected the mattress and replaced it. I had no stains on mine though whatsoever. It does state in your contract with them for the warranty that they don’t want stains of any type on the mattress. I do not know why that it’s so important, something to do with the laws. I am truly sorry for you. I do love my Serta mattress and I would not buy anything else.
