Loved our i-coffee machine (initially recommended by Consumer Rpts) but stopped making more than 3/4 inch of coffee from 3-4 cups water after 2 years. Regular vinegar cleaning, etc. Bought a new one when unable to contact company, but hoped the old one could be repaired so that we could use it in our country cabin. Very frustrating that phone number of company not answered; letter to address returned. I've stopped recommending this product to friends, and will not buy another unless this problem can be solved.
