Ordered some cabinet latches and drawer pulls. Picked the ones I liked, ordered more, and wanted to return the rest. The additional order came right away. But the return label is taking forever! It's been over a week. Went ahead and filled out the return form and tried one more time to get a return label. The agent told me they need another week to email it to me and they won't accept it if I mail it myself with my own label. What? Love the merchandise but I will think twice before ordering again from this company. Such a shame because how long can it take to email a return label? J
