Original review posted by user Sep 14, 2019 Purchased a pair of glasses from a Pearl Vision store on Milwaukee Ave. Once home I decedied I didn't like the frames at all. In retrospect I felt that I had been talked into them by the manager. So I returned them for an exchange. With the second pair, I requested progressive lenses for the first time ever. Tried them for a week, and could not adjust to the lenses--the floor appeared to be moving. I liked the frames, but the glasses were useless. Returned to the store to see what could be done. The response: "Nothing!" Stuck with a pair of useless glasses, I was furious. It seemed ridiculous that nothing at all could be done. So I decided to try another Pearl Vision store at Riverpoint, where I received an immediate, positive response from ZURIELLS: "No problem, the lenses can simply be changed." WOW, so simple. Me, so happy. I returned about a month later and purchased a pair of sunglasses, which I love, love. Once again, I received excellent, profeesional and friendly service , this time from IZAMAR. My thanks to both employees for their great help.
