We purchased 4 years ago knowing we were going full time. Were else can you live for 13000 initial membership and only year fees that over electric, water, lawn care, pool and facilities. We have used it as full timers for 2 years and love the experience. If you average 25 dollars a night to stay at most campgrounds that would be 9,125$ per year. Membership paid for it self in less that 2 years. With my yearly fees between coast to coast and OCP my cost is $1.97 a night to live my dream. My sales person was very knowledgeable about the product. I will admit that the sales pressure sucks and athey do need to learn what no means. I love camping so much I have also joined another camping membership. If you live full time in an RV membership is the way to go.
