Lousy service/delivered wrong part/reps have attitude

Update by user Feb 06, 2021 My Bank did credit my card back for the wrong part, so the only ones who lost anything was Parts Geek, who lost customers. Original review posted by user Dec 14, 2020 I ordered a very important part for my vehicle on December 6, 2020. They sent me email notice with a tracking number showing it was on it's way, but when it is delivered it is the wrong part. I ordered a idle air control air valve connector (or pig tail), but they sent me a "light connector". When I called them I spoke with 5 reps, they were rude, and didn't seem to care that they sent the wrong part, and three of them hung up on me, and when I complained (which is my right as a consumer), they got sassy and they told me to reorder the part I needed. I told them they should just send me the part part instead of me having to go to website and "reorder" the part. I ask them to send me a pre-paid return label and I will send the wrong part back. they wanted to pass the buck and they didn't seem to care, wow how are they still in business with thaT TYPE OF ATTITUDE? Their MANAGER SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THAT, WHEN i ASKED to SPEAK TO THEIR SUPERVISOR OR THEIR MANAGERS, i WAS REFUSED. I told them I have ordered several parts in a row that has been returned because they sent the wrong parts that I "did not" order. Incompetence to say the least. User's recommendation: "DO NOT DO BUSINESS WIth PARTSGEEK".
