Lousy customer service response

I bought an electric bass guitar that arrived with a slight anomaly on the nut that cradles the strings above the fretboard. This was reported within 24 hours of receipt and Austin Bazaar responded, requesting photos and a description of the issue, after which the problem would be referred to their product department. I complied immediately. I never heard from them again even though I sent numerous emails. Their policy states no returns after 30 days regardless of reason. I believe they deliberately drag their feet to allow the 30 day window to expire,after which you're on your own. I will never buy from them again.
