Lousy coustomer service on an expensive hair dryer

I bought the hair dryer. It now stops running while I dry my hair, then I have to shut it off and turn it back on. I called customer support and was told it was 6 months out of warranty. SIX MONTHS - for a 400 hair dryer. I am beyond pissed. They wanted me to drive 45 miles to the nearest service center. I finally said some very not nice things and hung up, I will tell everyone I know about their lousy product and service.n User's recommendation: I would NEVER recommend a dyson product.
