I had a Barnes and Noble nook .10.1 which I really liked. it was the Nook color. Recently, I found that the battery was not charging and to my horror I also found out that you cannot get a replacement battery. If this is not a scam I do not know what is. I also found out that my Nook Color is now obsolete as they now have Nook via samsung. I will never buy another product from them. I kept my nook in pristine condition, never dropped it. I am done with Barnes and Noble. Do not buy this product. I cannot understand why you are unable to replace a battery on the nook.Do User's recommendation: Do not buy this product.
