Lousey service, unprofessional, three weeks to get part ordered wrong part, still waiting on a part.

I own a 2007 Ford Focus and have received terrible service from Adamson Ford in Birmingham Alabama. Took three weeks to get part in. Ordered another part for something else and they sent the wrong part. They were to call when parts were in. I asked why they did not call, their answer "I lost your number". I am still waiting on a part, but I will not use this dealership again even though it is close to my office, nor will I refer anyone to them. I am livid about the service I received. I feel they were unprofessional in dealing with me, and had a don't care attitude about the whole deal. He told me yester day it would only take a minute, afetr an hour I aksed him if it was ready, he said"It will take a lot longer, you need to leave it with us all day tomorrow too." Why did he not let me know this so I could get back to work sooner? I am an hourly employee, time is money.
