We bought 5 fans from Dan's fan city in Fort Myers fl. All of them hum loudly cost us $2700.00. We advise Dans Fan and they had the installer evaluate and he confirms they do hum an we had a legit complaint. Now Dans Fan is offering us 25% restocking charge cause now the can't sell it as new fans... Excuse me??? I suppose they will put the fans on sale and resell it to unsuspected customer and charge them additional restocking charges, I guess that will cover their cost. We bought a $200.00 fan from Lighting First for the spare bedroom and it works perfectly. The installer did tell me Dans Fans fans are now being manufactured in China, and we are not the only complaining and they will not do anything about
