Lotus Traders refused item return when website did not indicate all sales were final

I recently ordered three dresses from Lotus Traders and was not happy with the quality. They weren't even close to the pictures on the website. When I tried to contact them (they don't list a phone # or address so buyer beware) it took me an enormous amount of research. While this issue is still not resolved, I'm going to do what I can to teach this company that they can't treat consumers in this manner. I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, FTC, Consumer Protection Agency, econsumer.gov, IC3.gov and I have disputed charges with my credit card company. In order to save yourself much disappointment with the look and quality of the clothing, as well as a lot of grief, I suggest that you do not order from this company.
