Lottery

On several occasions I have purchased a Arkansas lottery tickets at several Caseys stores and almost ever store if the winning tickets are over 20.00 they refuse to cash it and say there policy is they cant cash them. I have called Arkansas lottery and they say it is not right they can cash up to 500. User's recommendation: Don’t buy lottery tickets at Casey’s they won’t cash them.
