Lost Tickets and Ignored Customer Support

I have never in my life had a worst experience than what I am currently dealing with. I placed an order for tickets to be sent via email. That was 2 days ago, and I have only received a confirmation email has a result. No tickets. I have sent about 7 emails to their customer support and have been ignored every single time. User's recommendation: Don’t.
