Lost tests 2 times in a row at the same Labcorp location!!

Original review posted by user Oct 02, 2020 My son has labs drawn every 3 weeks to ensure his treatments remain safe for him. After July, we noticed we weren't getting results. The specialty pharmacy, who orders the labs, contacted Labcorp to find out what was going on. Labcorp refused to speak with them. The manager for my son's home nurse tried calling to fix this, but Labcorp wouldn't speak to him either. We called Lapcorp and they told us that they haven't received his lab kits since July. The home nurse PERSONALLY dropped off my son's labs...TWICE... what exactly is this lab doing? This is unacceptable. I'm absolutely furious right now! I wish I could give negative stars...
