Lost/stolen card

Lost card having troubling talking to person. I've tried for 3 days to speak with so.eone I desperately need a replacement card expedited. Last transaction on my card should be boost mobile. I don't have card recording shuts me down after asking for social security number it wants 3 digit security code which I do not have because card is not in my possession. Please issue a new card I desperately need my money can you expedite card to Lee Ann McKinney 206 S Aztec Drive WHITE House tn please
