Lost shipment do to incompetent staff of a *** co.

DHL forwarded my package to another courier and can not according to company policy give me the new co and tracking info. Smartbuyglasses says that I am wrong and it will be here June 2nd. Well it was transfered fro. DHL MAY 23RD TO 2ND COURIER AFTER LEAVING San Franscisco and arriving in Sacramento to said 2nd courier. All while passing my home ( im in the middle of SF and Sac with 40 miles in each dir). So lost shipment and they still claim DHL has it and will deliver it in over a week. What is it doing for that time?
