Lost precious memories we deserve compensation

Completely annoyed.. And heartbroken. Had Mother's day photos done. Took my 2 year old and my 21 year old sister (I am 40) as a gift to myself and our mom It had been 20 years since we were photographed together opted for online viewing and printing for family. Gone. Bought rewards membership in March. Pretty sure it was more than $50! One used. As for those who lost their jobs. I'm sure we are all sorry to hear this, however treating former customers with a grudge is uncalled for. Considering how rude several photographers were in store... This does not surprise me! You can at least collect unemployment and find another job. Maybe it's your chance for change and growth. As for us?! We don't get those memories back, we don't get refunds and apparently no apologies either! And remember the photography we want is your artwork. Hate to break it to you.. But your former customers arent your enemies.
