lost order – no refund, no proper investigation, horrible customer service

My order mysteriously disappeared. DHL says it was delivered (they sent a picture of the package near my door) but neither I nor my neighbors found anything...I have contacted Matchesfashion customer service via email - NO REPLY. Then I called and was promised a proper investigation. After a week of dead silence and zero responses to my emails, they said they (or DHL, or both) LOST MY EMAILS!!! We went back and forth for 3 weeks, then the customer service person sent me an email with the same pic from DHL saying that the investigation is closed, and there will be no refund or replacement. The picture of the package doesn't mean it was LEFT at the door. It just means that the package was photographed at the door. I have already spent a month trying to resolve my case (its number is OMF197648574). Time wasted, money lost. This company takes zero responsibility for their services. Beware - especially if you're an American customer. Matchesfashion customer support is non-existent compared to what its US competitors offer.
