Lost order, customer service us no help

Ive been waiting on my order for 3 weeks. Its stuck at a destination hub on my city at a destination hub?? Hasnt moved in 2.5 weeks according to tracking. Customer service says I need to wait over a month to get a refund or have the clothes resent. Horrible customer service, horrible policy User's recommendation: Don’t shop here!!!!!
