Lost my watch when repaired and wont refund me

I sent my watch in for a repair on 08/28/20 and checked the tracking. it atrrived 4 days later at the warehouse. I waited another 2 weeks and contacted them to see what the repair would cost. They said they see it was received at the facility but couldnt be located so they would file it as lost. Gave me 3 options. Full refund of $180.00, in store credit or replacement. Replacement wasnt an option as they no longer carry that watch so i choose refund. I was told i would have the refund in 3-5 business days. 2 weeks later and NO refund. call back agian on hold for over an hour to be told oh no we cant refund you. excuse me i hav already purchased another watch on your website and received it. Yes you will. I will have to get ahold of my supervisor and email you back no later than tomorrow... 5 days later here i sit again no refund and no email or phone call back. Im on hold for the 5,00000 time for over an hour again.....
