I paid my march 23rd payment on March 2nd..Billing can't find my payment was told to have my.bank fax proof to 866-358-****.My bank had faxed two copies of proof and late charge not removed and you haven't found the March2nd payment you took it out of my account..Lied and told me late charge removed not done my bank had faxed with cover letter my account#,my full name and a brief summary a copy.of my bank statement showing money taken out.Please find my faxes and fix this..
