Lost my loyalty.
I have been a customer for many years and was very satisfied with the service. No longer. Greed is now the mantra for this company. Very poor service via phone. Without notice my data allowance was cancelled in spite of my positive credit balance, no text or other notification, just cut off. Especially inconvenient whilst away from home. I'm looking for another provider, suggestions?
