Lost my computer several times

I had to send a laptop in for repair. They sent it to a totally different state, 1000 miles away they said the laptop would now be sent by "a customer" after a week and no update to tracking i requested a new laptop be sent. a week after that i called to confirm tracking for the new laptop, they didn't send it cause they were waiting for it to be in stock in black (my original one was blue). still waiting after more than a month now to get a laptop. Worst company i've ever dealt with. I emailed and simply asked for updated tracking; no response. i called and politely ask for updated tracking; it was either the wrong tracking everytime or it wasn't available yet. I'll never buy an Acer again - recertified or not.
