Lost Keys Follow up URGENT

Hi i sent a message a while ago regarding lost keys for my Evolution Mini Chain lock but have recieved no response. The only key i have left is the one with the light and it has no code or number to order another off your website. The waiting time for a response is now becoming unacceptable. Please could someone get back to me urgently.
