Hello, Almost 2 weeks ago my car was taken to the Tires Plus in Bryn Mawr, Pa bc it needed a new tire bc I got a flat. My key lock was left in the cup holder. My car took 2 days to be finished. When my car was ready it was returned to me without my key lock. The store said they could not find it. It’s clear that it was used and lost. I called to speak with a manager. He wasn’t there. I left a message and was asked to be contacted by the manager when he returned. Well here we are almost 2 weeks later with still no key lock to my vehicle and no response from the manager. I’m not a very happy customer. I think it’s very unprofessional to lose my key lock and it’s even worse that the manager of this location never even bothered to respond to my calls and messages!
