Lost furniture order
First, my apologies for using this site.I was unable to find a direct online to in-house Customer Service at Lazyboy. Twelve weeks ago, I placed an order for a sofa at the Lazboy store at 408 George Clauss Blvd., Severn, MD. Yesterday, I contacted the store to get an update on the status of my order, which is due for delivery in a few days. Neither the sales rep at that store, nor the supervisor, was able to locate any record of my order. That is disturbing, as my VISA account shows that I have been charged for the merchandise. The Lazyboy sales ticket number is 31-6****, dated 2020-09-02. Please confirm that this order is in production and provide me with an update. If the order was not placed properly by Lazboy, and if subsequent delivery would be further delayed by entering the order at this time, I would like to cancel the order and ask for a full refund of my money.
